Hello, I apologize if this is discussed somewhere already, I searched and did not find anything. I have Plex installed on the system drive which is a SSD. I have Live TV enabled using a HD Homerun. I know where the library is located that DVR shows are saved. However my question is, when your just watching live tv and you time shift (pause, FF, RR) where is that file stored? Basically I don’t want it to be on the SSD to save on the read/writes. Can this location be changed on Windows?
Settings/Server/Transcoder. Set the Transcoder temporary directory.

That folder is also used for processing the files and transcoding files for streaming and/or syncing, so I’d leave it on the SSD.
