Timeout from every device

Server Version#: 4.87.2
Player Version#: different

Hello,
I’ve been a user of Plex for quite some time (and I love it), but I’m not able to stream anything in the last days.
My media source is my PC, the server is running properly and the web player works correctly on it.
But I watch videos from my TV and every attempt to stream ends with a timeout error. I tried changing player, but all of my LG TV, my Amazon Fire Stick and my smartphone show the same problem.
I’m sure I have something to fix in my configuration, but I have no idea on what.
Please help me <3

I have no idea what to address. I tried to uninstall the server but it did’nt change anything.

I would look at the logs for one of your clients and search for the timeout. or other errors when playback should be starting

Thank you for your response.

It’s a timeout error, it’s displayed quite clearly, but it happens in all of my clients, both in wi-fi or connected through ethernet. My internet speed is quite good, and I’ve been using Plex for years.

Of course i tried different media, but it seems to be a configuration issue server-side.

Does anyone have any other suggestion?

I tried everything, I even removed the Plex Server (given that every client shows the same problem I’m quite sure the problem is server side) fully and restarted from scratch but nothing changed.

The problem started happening overnight, I have no idea what to do (and there is no product with the same quality of Plex to use)
