Does tinyMediaManager work with Plex? I’m looking to create my NFO files for use with my home videos and the like and use my own image thumbnails etc.

Plex doesn’t currently read metadata from NFO files (though Plex very recently announced they’re planning to add native support for those.
I’m not 100% sure if I understand what you mean by “does TMM work with Plex” – there doesn’t seem to be any specific integration. Plex does however seem to read metadata written with TMM into mp4/m4v/mov files as local metadata, if enabled (though, not from NFO… yet).
