Thank you. Hopefully resolves the issue.
Is there a tutorial to copy Plex database from one Netgear NAS to another Netgear NAS. I spent weeks trying to find one and I have not succeeded.

We don’t have a specific guide for that. You can use Where is the Plex Media Server data directory located? | Plex Support to help find the database file. You’ll then need to figure out how your specific NAS can copy that file to another location, then do the reverse on the second NAS.
