Tivo can view library, but all of a sudden cannot play media from local server, but can play from remote servers

I’ve been using Plex for over a year and not had an issue. All of a sudden both of my TiVo Bolt and Bolt Mini are able to see everything in my library, but when I go to play them I get the status bar but it will not play.
I can access my friends remote server and play music and videos.
I tried connecting from my Dad’s TiVo in his house to mine and it’s the same thing.
Firestick works, and other devices work, but Tivo is not able to play?
Also, my friend cannot access from his Sonos
