Everything is installed and I can view my photos on my PC using Plex and can see them on the app in TiVo Bolt but it only “plays” or allows me to view two or three photos before going back to TiVo Central menu. Have tried deselecting the Allow Direct Stream and Allow Direct Play but that did not help.
What can be done?

I’m getting that too. It seems to handle my local server fine but crashes when I use a remote server
I’m having this issue as well. When I am browsing movies in Plex on my Tivo Bolt, it will indiscriminately kick me back to the Tivo Central menu. Sometimes this happens after a few seconds and other times it doesn’t happen for a minute or so. Pretty frustrating when you are trying to choose a movie that is deep in the list.
I’m so glad I didn’t upgrade to a Bolt. I have 3 Premiers that are slow to react to the UI but everything works without issue, just slowly.
