TIvo Stream 4k Stuttering, Freezing and Audio out of sync

I have a consistent issue with Plex clients running on Tivo Stream 4k, I have six of the Tivo Stream 4K and all have the same problem. The issue is the client consistently stutters, freezes, and audio lags after a few minutes of correct behavior. The Network is consistently robust, and the server is local to the LAN. additionally, I have a test TV with one input Tivo Stream 4k, and the other input an old legacy Roku express stick (2017 vintage). When I see this issue, I swap inputs and cannot reproduce on the Roku express. Roku express is running 7.0.9.7701. The content that is viewed is either 1080P or 720P. The Tivo Stream4k is running Android 10. I have opened a support request with Tivo, but not sure if this is a hardware or software issue. Any Help would be appreciated.
