Playback on new tivo 4k streaming stick blinks

I’m having an issue watching video on tivo 4k streaming stick. Every so often, the video blinks momentarily. It doesn’t buffer or anything, just a quick blink in the video at random intervals. I wonder if it’s something in the app settings or device settings.

I am experiencing the same issues on the tivo stream 4k. Is there a way to fix it?

I am having the same issue. Just a quick flicker.

I am connected to a 75" TCL Roku TV. The Plex app version is 8.2.1.18636 (1cc6ce64). The TiVo Stick is running version 9 patch level april 5, 2020. Build PI.4734 kernel version 4.9.114l3.
