While monitoring users, the Tivo would keep dropping from view in Dashbord option on client. If they create an action (pause, fast fwd, etc) it comes back, but then disappears moments later. All other devices stay in view properly. It’s happening on all the client Dashboards instances (pc’s). Swapped device on tv to Roku and it stayed in view fine. Put the Tivo back on and it dropped off again!
