Tizen 4.0 Artifacting Issue

Hello, I tested the 5.1.2 version and I saw that the issue in titles, summaries and plots is fixed, but in the menus not, In the pictures you can see when exactly has the problem yet.! and in some ocasions is worst.
Great job, almost the problem is solved, only fix the menu and that’s it, thanks @slumpy for everything

Are you still seeing the issue on text, or is it just the menu buttons? I’m working on some options to debug this (I can’t reproduce on my devices at all) so hopefully we can track this down.

Yes, Only in Menu (all the Menus), in the Summary and titles is OK.

What is the status for this issue? This is the only issue that I see for Tizen 4.0

We will need to investigate more. @ParadiseLost13 @dr_raymond27 Can you DM me your Plex usernames? I’ll add you to a feature that lets you load an experimental branch so we can do some testing to see if it’ll resolve the issue.

I meant to post this before as had this issue since 5.1.0 preview but have just checked again after the 5.2.1 update and while I dont seem to be getting the same level of artifacting issues I still have the following display issue so not sure if related? I have a samsung UE55NU7400 for reference.

I have included screenshots below - the main issue is when I go onto a TV show with more than around 8 seasons the season titles/buttons at the top of the page go invisible as I move to around season 6 or 7. They can still be selected and you can move through the seasons but the text disappears. This happens about 99% of the time when I select a TV show through my library but the majority of the time if I go into a TV show from the home page via On Deck or Continue Watching the season titles then work? If this isnt an artifacting issue please let me know and I can create a new thread, thanks for all the work improving the samsung app since these updates, everything plays so much better now.

This is part of the issue. In fact, I named “Season 7 Issue”, because the bar disappear in the Season 7.

Thanks for confirming it’s part of the same issue, hopefully there is a solution as functionally the videos play fine and the app works really well for me.
