Top Shelf Stopped Working After Accidentally Stopped Beta Testing

Have been on Plex beta for years, accidentally stopped testing and I cannot get back into beta, it shows full. Right after this I lost Top Shelf on Apple TV. It kept disappearing on beta as well, but a quick older build reinstall fixed immediately. However, the Top Shelf doesn’t work on the latest version at all. I even reset the ATV and reinstalled the Plex app, turned on/off Top Shelf, turned auto sign-in on/off - nothing has helped.

Hence the obvious question: any solution to this?

I was able to get it back working and this is what I did:

As mentioned in my initial post, I signed out, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted the Apple TV several times, but never was able to have the Top Shelf working. I then turned off Auto Sign In and Top Shelf in the Plex app settings, then added the Apple TV IP in the PMS > Network > List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth. I then launched Plex app, signed in, turned Auto Sign In and Top Shelf back on and it showed up right a way.

I had my entire network range whitelisted, but it wouldn’t work, will try to whitelist again to see if it will be fine or not.

I don’t know if all the steps listed above are required as I didn’t test by just adding the IP without signing out, etc. The fact is that it works perfectly now. If any of you have a similar problem, try adding your Apple TV IP into the PMS Network settings first to see if it resolves, if not, try following the steps I took. Hope this helps.

UPDATE: Whitelisted the entire network IP range back and it works just fine.
