我也是，最近两次更新后自动下载的ssa和ass字幕都变成了方框，直邮SRT字幕还能正常使用。最后一次更新说解决了字幕问题，但是更新后问题依然存在。
我发现现在的问题是，在用浏览器端看的时候是方框，但是，使用客户端版本的时候部分字体又可以显示正常了
用了plex才发现，插件接口形同虚设，真是让人感叹。
还有连字幕这种低端的超级影响体验的bug都发生，还要在下个版本更新。
我不知道开发人员在干啥
买了plex pass后悔了，继续入了个emby

Hi, This should be resolved in Plex Media Server 1.15.5 which is currently in beta and available to Plex Pass users.
