Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to show this information with external subtitles. I know you can do it with embedded subtitles by adding a track name to it, but I don’t know if there is a way to do it with external subtitles.

No you cannot add custom text with external subtitles.
As of the server version 1.24.0 you can however use region subtags on languages, so if you want to set it to Latin American Spanish you can use the code es-419 - e.g. (Movie Name (2021).es-419.srt) then it will show the correct display name.
