I am not seeing the track names for local tv show theme songs on the ios client, It just shows untitled/Various Artist on the iOS app. However track names are visible in the web interface…
@ChuckPa any thoughts on this? or do you guys need more logs?

To me it seams like, that the mp3 files are missing an Album title (shown as unknown on your PlexWeb screenshot). Plex for iOS might require Album to show the track Title. Should be an easy test. Fill out all tags on one of the mp3 files and check the iOS app.
Ensure you have Title, Artist and Album defined on each mp3 file. That would be the minimum. You can check this with mp3tag or something similar.
Not all audio tracks have album info, nor do they necessarily have artist info. In the library in question everything is using embedded metadata, and the title is clearly labeled. Using the web ui I can lookup/search titles. Using the ios app is broken.
