Hi,
I have a large Music library; I access it via Folders in Plex because it’s not organized to Plex naming standards, but tracks have metadata/iD3 tags. Today, I noticed while listening to an album using the iOS app, that all the tracks say “Untitled”; I checked on my Desktop and all the track titles are showing. I’m not sure why this is happening? Thank you in advance!
I created a test library and added just this directory of albums; upon creation I set settings: Agent-Personal Media Artists, Un-Checked Prefer local metadata, Genres-Embedded Tags, and the track titles showed up in the iOS app correctly; I’m slowly starting to change the settings to match my large, complete Music Library, and it seems to still be working, so not sure what is going on with my non-test Library that track titles aren’t showing up in the iOS app; I’d hate to have to start all over, it’s a 1TB library and Plex takes forever scanning the files…
