Trailers for TV Series (plex Pass account)

I just upgrade my account to Plex Pass. I noticed that I do not have trailers for my TV Series. However, the trailers for my movies are present.

Could you please tell me what’s wrong with my TV Series ?

I’m using my web App.

So, I suppose it’s not still possible?

There are trailers – but from my experience they’re pretty rare and not all clients will show them.
