I have enabled Cinema Trailers on both the server and clients, and am only looking for the trailer of the particular title ive selected (not those of upcoming movies). From what I understand this is not a Plex Pass feature. When I check extras, it will give me song and soundtrack info, actor info, and similar movies and movies with the same actors, but the trailer has not been an option on the last 20 or so movies i checked, including fairly major releases you’d expect a trailer to be easily found with. Am I missing an additional step?
Cinema trailers it self is not a Plex Pass feature. You can add your own trailer files which can be used for Cinema Trailers. Getting trailers from our online source partner automatically is a PP feature. https://support.plex.tv/articles/202934883-cinema-trailers-extras/
Ok, that makes more sense. I mistakenly thought it was like Kodi and sourced these from YouTube
