Hey. Trailers work fine on all my devices, except no trailers play at the beginning of films I added today. My custom pre-roll video does play however. What is going on here? I can manually play trailers for all my films. Additionally, all of the trailers that do play are of the older films, not trailers for the ones I added today. If this is a background task which has just not run yet, how do I force run it? I really like the trailer feature and it took so damn long to get it working properly in the first place, I’d really like it to show trailers for (and at the beginning of) these new films.

I have the same issue! No trailers! Checked settings on Apple TV and server. Still nothing! Happened after last update on windows Plex server.
