Hello! Some time ago 1 trailer played before film. Now it’s not working. I checked all, i have 1 preroll set and 1 trailer (in settings 2 trailers) in server settings and players, but any of the trailer is played. Tested on web, windows app and apple tv app. Can You help me?
EDIT: I remember somewhere was the option to play trailer if media have x length, but I can’t find it.

I am having the same issue. Started about 2-3 weeks ago and I turned them off. I just checked to see if they are working now (through an update or something) but they are still not running

There is an issue with prerolls not playing we are working to solve so you can try to disable that to see if trailers play.
I don’t recall there ever being any setting like that.

Do the trailers play if click on the trailer button on the movie details page?
Yes, standard trailers play wonderfull, but cinema trailers and blueray don’t.
Not sure of the technical name for it but it’s the one available for the Samsung QT
I did find another thread and it looks like it’s fixed for that app. I reinstalled it on the TV and it seems to be working so far

would you mind sharing your server logs after trying to playing a movie that the cinema trailers should play before.

EDIT: When I manually download trailers and set plex to play 2 trailers, only 1 trailer is played, but still no cinema trailers and I need to do it manually
