I seem to be unable to get PlexConect to load the trailers application as expected. Once I select the trailers application it almost immediately displays "Trailers unavailable. Try again later." PMS is working otherwise find and I am able to access the PMS from other devices (local and offsite). I have had this working before but have had to re-install the OS and needed to set it up again. PlexConnect logs are attached.
I attempted to remove and then re-add the profile to the ATV without success. When attempting to add the "new" profile it simply spins with the notification "Adding Profile" and eventually times out with an error message. Perhaps I need to reset the ATV back to default and retry. I will note that I did not try and re-create the certificates that were previously created. This may or may not have been related.
It appears that I was able to resole the issue by re-creating the certificates and then adding a "new" profile to the ATV. I suspect that the existing profile (before the OS re-install) was causing an issue with the newly created certificates (post OS re-install). Many thanks to the community for the suggestions that allowed me to discover the issues and resolution.

If it is the same problem then the issue is with your profile on the ATV, but it may seem like the same issue, but there is no guarantee.
