Trailers Won't Play

I have Trailers and Extras setup in my PMS and I can click on the Trailer, but it will get to about 13%, then fail every time and on every movie trailer I try. I’ve also tried viewing the trailers from my iOS devices and it looks like the trailer is about to run, then bombs out and takes me back to the movie menu screen.

I have PMS on media server running Windows Server 202 R2.
I running PMS Version: 1.2.5.2966
I have also done a “Full Refresh” of my movie library.

Could sure use some help on this matter… Thanks!

Just figured it out while researching this error on this Forum. In my case, it was the fact that the “Time” on my PMS Server was off by 5 minutes. Once I updated the time, the Trailers Played / Streamed without any issue.
