Trailers do not play

Server Version#: Version 1.18.3.2129
Player Version#: Version 4.18.1 (web)

Server is on freebsd if that helps debug the issue. No issue playing any media but no trailers play at all. This is the same on AppleTV, iOS and Web client. Logs are attached. Any help is very greatly appreciated!

Have you checked the time on your server. Having the time off can cause the trailer to not play.

NTP service was not installed.
Well, that’s installed now and all is well. THANK YOU for the help!
