My question is why do some films not have trailers on my libray
Even thought there are trailers out there.

@weezypenguin because trailers is not available for that movie, the source that plex grab trailers is IVA
if you try to fix match and still there is no trailers is because the source that plex use for trailers does not have any

If you are using the TheMovieDatabase agent, make sure that under
Settings - Server - Agents - Movies - TheMovieDatabase
the line ‘Plex Movie’ has a check mark
