Hi All,
I recently purchased a new PC and since then I have been unable to to Sync and convert any 4K content to my iPad Pro.
This is ANY move not just one or 2.
I wiped my old PC today and from a clean install of Windows 10 - have the same issue 15/20 mins in it errors and dies.
If I watch the movie at random times ( 15/20 mins ) I get a transcoder crash message. I can then hit play again and works fine from crash point ( or even 2 mins before and plays over last crash point ).
I have tried Hardware Acceleration On or Off and all with exactly same effect.
I can play all fine with VLC player and no crash interrupts.
Happy to share log files - but no idea how to supply them…
