Transcode Error

My server crashed a few weeks ago, I had to reinstall my Plex docker. I seem to be having an issue transcoding MPEG4 files. I do know that before the crash, some of them were working.

I get the message “Conversion failed. The transcoder process crashed.” or it just hangs on loading.

I have tried moving the files, and doing the Plex dance.
