Transcode not working at all now

Getting the same message across all devices on different networks. No recent changes to the server to create the issue but I can’t seem to find a good work around. This is driving me nuts especially when I have friends and family reaching out that the server is unusable. Anyone out there know what this is about? Says not enough CPU But CPU utilization on the pc is around 6%

Have you tried downgrading the server version before you had issues?

What CPU are you using and are you using HW acceleration?

I assume the server is hardwired to your network and you have sufficient bandwidth. And unlikely the issue of it didn’t have issues before.

I did downgrade to the previous PMS I’m running a 13th gen i9 processor and yes it’s hardwired with a gigabit connection. Hardware transcoding on and off didn’t work. Wiping the server clean and doing windows all over again fixed my issues. But I’m still confused on why
