Transcoder continuing to spin and then fails. Log says 404 on some lines

Hello, I’ve noticed that Plex had some issues playing MKV files. Last night, it would stutter and skip frames. Therefore, I updated to the most recent version. Unfortunately, now some MKV files do not play at all. Either it shows “Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.” or it continually spins and does not play.

Below are some excerpts from the console:
