"Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error." on Windows 10, only .mkv files

Hello there,
First of all, I got to thank the amazing developers of Plex, it has been amazing and without a problem till now.

To the issue, I have downloaded a new episode of Chernobyl in .mkv format and when IPlex Media Server Logs_2019-05-31_15-03-36.zip (1.6 MB)
tried playing the episode it was loading for an unusually long time. When I pressed the X icon it has given me the following message: “conversion failed. the transcoder exited due to an error”

I provided the logs, hoping someone could help me.
