It’s possible that some log entries weren’t included in the .zip as they are being sent to syslog. I’m attaching the /var/log/plexmediaserver logs in case that is what you are looking for.
Also, I did some testing, and all 1.23.x versions I have appear to be broken (1.23.1.4571, 1.23.1.4602, and 1.23.2.4656). It looks like this may be related to the following issue:
