Transcoding device not found

Server Version#:1.42.
Player Version#:1.110.0.351-4e48eb83

I have had hardware transcoding working, but I was looking at settings today, and its no longer in the pulldown. I just have Auto and Intel Comet Lake-S GT2 showing. I should have a Nvidia Quadro A4000 showing also. But no.

It is assigned properly in my QNAP. It it set to QTS, and transcoding is green checkmark.

Can you help on why its no longer working?

Would you please:

  1. Make certain DEBUG server logging is enabled
  2. Restart PMS
  3. Wait about a minute
  4. Attempt a transcode which should use the GPU
  5. Stop after 20 seconds
  6. Download the logs ZIP file
  7. Attach it here.
