Hi all, I have a Roku user that can no longer play any of my content that requires any transcoding. They are able to use direct play but for any audio content that the Roku requires to be transcoded, there is no audio. What is going on with Plex not being able to load anything on Roku that requires transcoding? I have a Plex Pass so it should work for my Roku users.
The issue they are seeing is that the content just gets stuck on the loading screen. It also looks like a lot of other people are having the same issue.
