Hello, I recently have been getting issues that cause my server to crash(Windows 10 64-bit/AMD A8-6500B 4core/8gb ram). It only happens when transcoding to my Roku 3. I also have a TCL Roku smart tv that doesn’t cause my server to crash even when running the same files. First, I checked my task manager to see where the problem was and saw that my old CPU(A6-7400 2core) was being redlined by my plex transcoder application. So I decided to upgrade my CPU to the 4core I have listed above, but this didn’t fix the problem the new CPU is still being overutilized. The only difference I can spot between the Roku 3 and the Roku tv is the Mbps the tv will sit around 3 and the Roku 3 will go up to 13. I’m only assuming at this point that this is the issue but I’m not sure how to proceed from here any help would be appreciated thanks.

In server settings try turning of Hardware acceleration.
