Transcoding of trailers

I have a problem with playing movie trailers. Transcoding of normal movies works fine. For some reason when I want to play a trailer it wants to transcode it, and I get this error.

ERROR - [Transcoder] http://127.0.0.1:32400/services/iva/assets/26639/video.mp4?fmt=4&bitrate=5000&X-Plex-Token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx: Invalid data found when processing input

Tried it with plex for Windows and plex for android on Nvidia Shield. Plex is running as a docker on an unraid server.
