Transfer failed!

I am getting a ‘Transfer failed’ after a 22% download of the media. Both the server and client are on LAN.

Server DEBUG logs ZIP file which captures this ?

We can’t help solve without them.

I’m not seeing anything .. no download or failure.

Can you please recreate and provide the entire ZIP (all rollover files included) ?

Please also share the time and filename ?

I have uploaded the zip file here.

The file is Big Buck Bunny and you can see the download percentage at line 7209 in Plex Media Server.log

Would you PLEASE STOP editing the ZIP file which PMS gives you ???

It should be about 4.x MB in size.

You don’t need upload it outside the forum.
After I read it, I will remove it if you like.

It’s trying to transcode Big Buck Bunny on an unidentified Nvidia GPU.

Which model number GPU do you have?
What does nvidia-smi return ?

I tried to download (and failed) another video which does not involve transcoding.

Would you please repeat again with Plex/web ?

  1. Restart the server
  2. Play (transcode) Big Buck Bunny using Plex/web
  3. Stop after 20 seconds
  4. Download it
  5. Download and attach the logs

Actually, if you are having download issues, the client logs may be more useful.
