Transfer from Raspberry PMS to WD PR4100 PMS

Currently my set up is ReadyNas Nv+ with the media files and a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ with DietPI and Plex PMS on it. I just bought a PR4100 and I should receive it in a few days. I will copy all my media files(keeping the same folder structure) from the Nv+ to the PR4100, then install Plex on the PR4100 and then I would like to transfert the metadata, so that it keeps track of the media I have already watched and what not.

My current PMS has multiple media libraries, around 10 or so.

How can I transfert the metadata ? What files need I to take from the raspberry and move to the PR4100 and where should I put them ?
