Transfer plex to new server

Hi,

Is there a way to port all your settings and library setups to a new pc without having to redo everything all over again? I’m thinking about upgrading my server to a new server. Just like to know if there is a convenient way of transferring everything to the new server. All my movies, posters, etc are on a synology nas drive.
