Transfer viewstate to new Netgear X10 server?

I have just finished transferring all my media from an ageing macmini Plex server to a new server on the X10.

Is it possible to transfer the watch/view states to the new server? It’s going to be a pain doing it manually!

The only solution that may work is this:
https://www.npmjs.com/package/plex-sync

Because you cannot access the Plex data folder on this router.
