Transferring Plex Data from WD-NAS to a Winblows machine

I am currently running on a WD EX-2 (origibnal) and am outgrowing its capabilities. My movies are on an external drive, so that is nobiggie, but how do I get to the data/users/library data on the system itself. I hate the idea of starting all over again!!
