Tried everything, still can't connect to server

Version 0.9.10.3 - Yes

Server is connected to my plex pass account.  https://plex.tv/servers - Yes it shows up and is green

 

The XB1 client sees the server (hit down arrow when it tries to connect and I see my server listed), but it shows it as offline.  However, it's definately not offline.  I have Roku connected to the same server and working.

 

Tried hard reboot of XB1

Xbox-SystemOS shows up on server under Devices tab.

Not sure what else to try.

Nope, I've given up for now.  Maybe whatever it is will be fixed in future update.

Wow, encouraging! Anyone suggest something, works great the can't connect.. can't pin it down. Just thought I'd add that I bought it specifically for xbox so giving up on it means going back to running around the house with usb drives!

Don't know if this helps or if it is the same problem, but I was having a similar issue. A hard reboot of the XB1 didn't seem to fix it, but going to the home screen and then pressing the menu button (the middle-right button) and selecting 'Quit' and then restarting the app fixed my issue.

Did you try updating your server to the latest version? Version: 0.9.11.1x

So I figured out what the problem was.  The network cable for the XB had a broken locking clip and slipped out of the router.  My kids reconnected the XB to the internet using the Guest wireless network, which doesn't have access to my home network.  I switched it back to the wired connection and it works now.  I figured it was probably something stupid like that.  Thanks to all that tried to help.

You probably would have gotten away with it if it werent for those meddling kids!  Glad you got it working.
