Hey there, pretty new to plex and curious if I’m doing something wrong here. I have uploaded much of my media library without issue but when trying to play an MP4 x264 636 MB show it just has endless buffering. Attached the logs below, thanks in advance for any help.

Is the problem with just this one episode or all episodes of the show? If the problem is just this one episode then the file is probably corrupted or incompatible somehow.
Can you play the episode using Plex Web?
Please attach the Plex XML for the episode.
A FYI regarding naming & structure:
Plex can be very picky when it comes to TV shows. You’ll have better results with recognizing the show, downloading metadata, displaying seasons correctly, etc if you follow Plex’s suggested naming and structure.
See Media Preparation guidelines. Specifically Naming ‘Series’ & ‘Season’ Based TV Shows.
After renaming & reorganizing the files you should also perform the Plex Dance. This ensures Plex’s database has updated, correct information.
Instead of:
X:\.....\$TV Shows\Westworld\Westworld Season 2\[TorrentCouch.com].Westworld.S02E01.720p.WEB-DL.x264.mp4
Use:
/TV Shows
/Westworld
/Season 02
Westworld - s02e01.mp4
Westworld - s02e02 - Reunion.mp4
