Apparently Winders decided to make Plex ‘Public’ - and Plex is having trouble wrapping it’s head around that notion. Un-Tick Public.
Just another thing to check - in the hopes it gets better.
Mines running on synology not Windows so no entries in windows firewall and still same issues
