Troubleshooting why DTS Express sound not playing on Apple TV and my Iphone

Hi, I have this file MKV file with “DTS Express 5.1” audio. It won’t play any sound on my Apple TV, nor my Iphone.

I’m guessing the sound format isnt compatible with my devices. Should Plex transcode it somehow ?
