Plex is running on windows 11. I was setting system up on new pc was able to add 1 library and after that the option for managing library’s disappeared and so did any options of adding librarys. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Do you see other server settings?
I see options like manage library access, plex home, streaming services and so forth…if that is what you mean. But if mean something else not sure what it is I should be seeing.

Ok I went back to the one version that was posted as working and still didn’t see the option. I did a different account for testing and it has it where can add librarys and stuff but on the one where pay for plex pass it isn’t there. Not sure what the difference is since its the same server version just different account.

On the server you have with the Plex Pass you may need to do this to reclaim it
ok did that…made sure the plex media server was down by checking the task manager. Removed what was said and reloaded the media server. Then loaded the web app and logged into the account still not see the server settings for adding files.
I have this exact same issue right now but it got worse.

Came home, found the plex server not recognizing my content. Content was available on the server just fine. Did the steps above and noticed that the content issue is now that I cannot get the reclaim to work.
A bit frustrating. I’m keeping my eye on this thread.

Yeah if I try to reclaim on my account that pay monthly on it tells me the account is not authorized or whatever so can’t reclaim it on that account either…

You have two accounts? Does it show as being the server account in the registry? There should be a PlexOnlineUsername value with the account the server is claimed with.

I removed that from the registry as stated above. The account I had been paying for can’t claim the server. Says no access when try. Even with all stuff removed like the one page says.
