Cannot add a new library or view server settings

I cannot add a new library at all, most of the time the NEXT button is faded out no matter what, I have had two instances where it is available but when pushed it says ‘Changes cant be saved’. Also, can’t view any server settings whatsoever. My current libraries come up with no issue and I can also access via remote but can’t get into the settings. I have tried to unclaim the server and re-claim it and still the same problem. I also rolled back the PMS to the oldest version I had available to no avail. Updating the PMS to current PlexPass version and non-PP version has the same results. How do I fix this?

Try with different web browsers and disable web browser add-ins.

As stated in my original post, I have tried to unclaim and claim the server. This has not fixed my issue. It’s sad because I paid for a service that literally doesn’t work for me anymore, frustrating to say the least.

Unclaim via the menu item is a different procedure.
