Trying to claim my server but will not work/stuck in loop

I updated and now I’m getting a message to claim my server. I clicked the button, it redirects me to a login page, then I’m right back at the claim my server page. I’m stuck in an infuriating circle jerk. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!! Without the benefit of any legitimate customer service I’m beating my head against the wall on this. I haven’t changed anything on my setup except just doing an update now everything is broken.
