Trying to set recording from the EPG not working

Trying to set a tv show to record on the EPG page, when I go to DVR Schedule to check what’s scheduled it doesn’t show up and on the righthand side it says “No Upcoming Airings” even though I specifically clicked on an episode to record.

I saw a post about deleting my dvr restarting my server and then trying again and I did that to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
