Trying to use local metedata exclusively

First time posting. So, I use tinymediamanager to gather and organize my metedata. I would like to use that metedata exclusively but no matter how I have Plex set up it wants to use it’s own. What am I missing here? I have use local and prefer local checked and Plex movie agent selected.

Plex reads metadata embedded in MP4 files.
Plex does not read metadata in MKV files.
Plex reads only the IMDB ID from NFO files.

If you want to use your own metadata, you will need to use the MP4 container and embed the metadata in the file.
