Turning on Resolution switching while frame rate matching is on incorrectly changes frame rate

Using the plex client on a 4k chromecast with google tv set to 4k60Hz if I turn on refresh rate matching and leave resolution switching off, and play a video that has a frame rate of 23.976 my TV will switch to 24Hz, works as expected.

But if I also turn on resolution switching in addition to frame rate matching, which I would like so my TV handles the upscaling, the same video will switch my TV to 50Hz, which is not what I would expect, or want.

Thanks for report and logs. It might not matter but do you have the the model number and brand of your TV
