TV episodes Showing as duplicates

I am having a issue with episode Files Showing as duplicates when they are not
I have already tried removing them from plex server, delete files,Optimize database, Rename files in standard format, re-upload files.

here is a screen shot of one file that is actually 5 episodes

Any suggestion?

I would suggest using the recommended method of naming files and folders for TV shows:

Regular TV   >>  Plex TV library points here
     Eureka
          Season 01
               Eureka - S01E01 - Pilot.mkv
          Season 02
               Eureka - S02E01 - Pheonix Rising.mkv

etc, etc

you will likely need to Plex Dance the files:

Followed it to the letter and that solved it

There is a program called FileBot that will help you a TON if you have a lot of files to rename. I believe the newer versions of it have a Plex preset.

I used Bulk Rename and got all the files done, it was reasonably straight forward. at this time all the TV files are moved over and work. so hopefully i don’t have to do this again.
