Issue with extras for TV Series

Server Version#: 1.25.9.5721. Synology DSM 7 on DS920+
Player Version#: ? Apple TV, Web, etc.

My wife collects Mystery Science Theater 3000 DVDs and I extract them for plex. Up until recently I had been using old agent and TVDB as the source. TVDB DID have great numbering for all the DVD extras, and they recently revamped it, and now its all wrong.

I upgraded my TV library to the new Plex TV Series so I cold begin switching to the extras naming scheme used there, but doesn’t seem to work.

I’m following the guide for doing this at the link below. Specifically testing series level extras and ones tied to an episode(like a trailer). The library finds the episode fine, but the extra’s do not show up when going into the episode.

Any idea where to start to figure out what I’m doing wrong?

They may not be supported by the client you are using.

From the “Local Files…” support document:
Note: Certain clients do not yet fully support TV extras but keep an eye out on our forum as our support pages will be updated once official support is available. Currently, the only clients that fully support extras at all levels are the mobile iOS and Android apps. Other apps like the Web client, Android TV, Apple TV and Roku have limited support while the modern TV interface for Smart TVs does not yet have support for any local TV extras.

Huh…this appears to be it. I just looked at it on my phone and the episode related extra I’m testing with is there. Just not in the web client. Gonna test in apple tv next, as thats her normal client.
